CALSA's Summer Institute 2026

The CALSA Classified Leadership Academy is a year-long leadership development experience designed to support classified staff in building leadership habits, strengthening skills, and growing into expanded roles.

Grounded in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the program combines in-person and virtual learning to build confidence, capacity, and connection.

This year, CALSA Mentoring Program brings together Cohort 22 and Cohort 23 for a two-year leadership journey rooted in comunidad, mentorship, and purposeful growth. Designed to strengthen the Latino/a leadership pipeline, the program connects mentors and protégés to build capacity, navigate career pathways, and lead with impact.
