With over two decades of dedicated practice in the field of social work, I bring a wealth of experience and insight to my current role as Director of Equity in Access. My journey began as a counselor within the Los Angeles Unified School District, where I had the privilege of supporting students, families, and staff through various challenges and transitions.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to advocating for equitable opportunities and ensuring that all individuals have access to the resources they need to thrive. As Director of Equity in Access, I am passionate about driving systemic change and fostering inclusive environments where everyone can reach their full potential.
My extensive background in social work has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of human experiences and the importance of addressing systemic barriers to create meaningful change.
