About me
Maritza Koeppen is the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for the National School District, located in San Diego, California. Dr. Koeppen has worked in education for 30 years, and she’s held classified, certificated, and management positions throughout her career. Dr. Koeppen is the San Diego Chapter CALSA President and is a published author of the Latina Radiance Series. Dr. Koeppen is also a Co-Chair of the ALAS Policy and Advocacy Group.
