About me
Dr. Alma Ulloa brings 25 years of experience in education and currently serves as Assistant Superintendent of School Support Services at Bellflower Unified School District. Over the course of her career, she has provided strong leadership in special education, student support services, compliance, and grant management, serving in multiple districts including Monrovia, Santa Ana, and Garvey. She is deeply committed to creating inclusive learning environments, strengthening partnerships with families and communities, and advancing student success through thoughtful, data-informed leadership. Dr. Ulloa recently earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Cal Poly Pomona, holds credentials in Administrative Services and Education Specialist (Mild/Moderate) from Chapman University and BA from UC Irvine. She continues to be a strong advocate for educational equity and excellence as CALSA Region 5 Director.
