About me
With nearly twenty years in education, Cecilia Story is dedicated to building capacity and enhancing social-emotional learning in our school communities. She holds Master’s degrees in Educational Counseling and in Leadership and Administration, enabling her to meet the diverse needs of students, staff, and families. Cecilia's career spans roles in K-12 settings as an administrator and intervention and district lead counselor.Cecilia's mission is to foster trust within her community and elevate the intrinsic value of every member.
Cecilia's background in restorative practices, trauma-informed leadership, data-driven program design, and stakeholder collaboration lends itself to the improvement of student outcomes that foster equitable, inclusive classrooms. As a current student in the USC Educational Leadership Doctoral Program, she continues to deepen and refine her focus on elevating student voice, advancing equity, and parent engagement.
