Eric Barrientos is an equity-driven principal and dynamic educational leader with over 20 years of experience transforming school communities. As principal of Arovista Elementary in the Brea Olinda Unified School District, he is known for creating cultures where students feel valued, empowered, and inspired to achieve.
A first-generation son of Guatemalan immigrants, Eric brings a powerful, purpose-driven voice to his work, championing belonging, bilingualism, and opportunity for all students. He is a founding member and current President-Elect of the Orange County CALSA chapter, supporting and elevating Latino leadership in education.
