Dr. Mónica Luther is a passionate and results-oriented educational leader with over two decades of experience and deep expertise in secondary curriculum, instruction, and leadership development across content areas. She has a proven record of advancing equity, driving academic achievement, and building collaborative systems that empower both teachers and students. Currently serving as Administrator of Secondary Curriculum, Instruction, and College/Career Readiness in the Orange Unified School District, and as President of OC CALSA, Dr. Luther is widely recognized for her commitment to instructional coherence, student ownership, and systemwide leadership growth.Previously, as Principal of Yorba Middle School, she led innovative initiatives such as AVID Schoolwide implementation, expanded enrollment in the 50/50 Dual Language Spanish Program, and launched ToroSTEAM Days, all of which helped foster a culture of excellence and student success. Dr. Luther is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from California State University, Fullerton. She is a proud graduate of Cohort 20 of the CALSA Mentoring Program and now serves as a mentor to aspiring leaders.In 2023, Dr. Luther was named both ACSA Region 17 and ACSA State Assistant Principal of the Year in recognition of her leadership impact.
