Dr. Stacy Chang serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Education Services at Centralia Elementary School District, where she oversees Curriculum & Innovation, Special Education, Student Services, Expanded Learning and Preschool programs. Her multifaceted career trajectory includes roles as a classroom teacher, state trainer, principal, and Director of Student Services. Over her 25 years as an educational leader, she has experience working with preschoolers to the graduate school level and has spearheaded numerous workshops and conferences for educators, parents, and community members. Dr. Chang earned her degrees from Vanderbilt University and Biola University, and doctorate from University of Southern California. She holds a National Board Certification and was awarded the ACSA Region 17 Administrator of the Year- Student Services in 2021 and Administrator of the Year- Central Office in 2025. Driven by a firm belief in the transformative power of education, Dr. Chang is committed to fostering positive change. She aims to empower students, staff, and communities to pursue excellence with unwavering determination.
