Dr. Ursula Estrada-Reveles is a seasoned educational leader and Executive Director of the School of Education at the Riverside County Office of Education, where she leads a comprehensive educator preparation system, oversees a $15 million budget, and supports more than 5,500 teacher and administrator candidates annually.With over 20 years of experience spanning K–12 and higher education, she has held leadership roles as a principal, district coordinator, and university director. Her work has consistently focused on improving student outcomes, strengthening instructional systems, and advancing equity through large-scale initiatives and community engagement efforts.Dr. Estrada-Reveles also contributes to the broader education field through leadership and advisory roles with the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and professional associations, helping shape policy and practice in educator development.
