About me
Hello, everyone! My name is Tiffany, and I currently serve as the Assistant Principal at Ruth Grimes Elementary School in CJUSD. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of programs, including GATE, Mild/Moderate and Extensive Support Needs, STEM/NGSS, and now dual immersion. Those experiences have shaped me into a systems-focused leader who enjoys connecting ideas, solving problems, and supporting both students and staff.
I still consider myself a lifelong learner, and I love collaborating with others. Whether it’s brainstorming a new initiative, tackling a complex challenge, or exchanging honest feedback, I’m always excited to learn alongside other educators and help us all grow together.
