Dr. Vicki Zands, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for Santa Rosa City Schools, has dedicated over two decades to advancing equity and supporting diverse learners. Her doctoral research focused on strengthening co-teaching practices, ensuring access and success for the district’s most vulnerable students. She leads program development and teacher training initiatives that elevate instructional practices and cultivate educational leadership. A committed advocate for students of color and those with varying abilities, Dr. Zands works to build culturally responsive systems where all students thrive and all educators are empowered to lead with purpose.
